PFI Facilities Coordinator – Handback  Temporary Project Support – PFI Handback Remote role 4-5 days week for 3-4 mnths  Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to assist with the PFI handback process for a contract nearing completion. This is a temporary, remote position for 3-4 months , offering the flexibility to work remotely from home. The role will involve supporting the final stages of the PFI handback process, working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Summary: Position: Remote Temporary Project Support – PFI Handback Rate: £170 – £210/ per day Must be available to start Immediately Duration: 3-4 months (until handback process completion) Remote Role: Flexibility to work from home, but substantial stakeholder management and interaction with various parties will be required. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Support: Assist in driving the handover process to successful completion, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate with a range of stakeholders, ensuring progress is maintained and resolving issues before they escalate to senior management or the board. FM and Invoice Negotiation: Advise on outstanding FM issues and support the negotiation and processing of invoice payments. Excel Proficiency: Use Excel to track progress, manage data, and ensure key deliverables are met. Proficiency in handling high volumes of data processing is essential. Skills & Experience: Tenacious and results-driven: Ability to tackle challenges head-on and maintain momentum in project delivery. Holistic experience: Experience in programme management, PMO, operations management, facilities management, helpdesk management etc.. will be considered Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and resolve issues before they reach senior stakeholders. Excel Proficiency: Essential for data management, tracking progress, and reporting. SharePoint Experience: Beneficial as the team regularly uses it alongside Excel. PFI Handback Experience: Advantageous but not essential. Administration Skills: Strong administrative and Excel spreadsheet skills. Process-Driven: Able to influence key stakeholders, including FM contractors, and drive the handback process forward. Ideal Candidate Profile: Background in programme management, operations, or facilities management (FM), with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong understanding of driving processes forward (PFI experience is useful but not essential). Assertive and capable of influencing stakeholders to ensure project progress. Strong Excel skills for data management, tracking, and reporting.
