Domestic Heating Engineer Brighton Up to £50,000 + paid business mileage Permanent Hyde is looking to recruit a Domestic Heating Engineer. Hyde is a leading provider of affordable homes, dedicated to helping people access safe and high-quality housing. With a strong focus on community impact, we work to create sustainable, thriving neighbourhoods while supporting our customers build better futures. As a Domestic Heating Engineer at Hyde you will be working within the Heating Compliance Team to assist with the delivery of a variety of heating systems, including non-gas technologies, ensuring service delivery is efficient, effective, and compliant. Responsibilities * Provide technical guidance and support across a range of domestic heating systems * Upskill to work with electrical and renewable energy systems, supported by the Heating Operations Manager * Ensure delivery of non-gas and renewable programmes on time, on budget, and compliant with regulations * Monitor and assess contractor performance, recommending improvements where needed * Attend and chair contractor progress meetings under the guidance of the Heating Operations Manager * Support service improvements and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner Skills and Experience Required * Strong experience with domestic heating systems and various energy technologies * Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for heating systems * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Project management ability, including contractor liaison and performance monitoring * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in heating, electrical, and renewable systems * Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders Benefits * A fantastic pension * Life assurance * Great holidays * An award-winning flexible benefits package * Volunteering days At Hyde, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
