The position offers a mix of office-based working (2–3 days per week) and remote flexibility, giving you the balance needed to maximise productivity and earning potential. This is a rare opportunity offering both employed and self-employed earning models, allowing you to choose between income security or higher uncapped earnings. With daily pre-qualified leads generated through a major online estate agency and multiple local introducers, this role provides everything required to help an experienced CeMAP-qualified Advisor achieve excellent results. You can choose the earning model that best suits your career goals: Employed Model: £30,000 basic salary + realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000 Self-Employed Model: Commission-only with OTE £70,000–£80,000 You will work 2–3 days per week in-branch, gaining strong exposure to warm clients, with the remaining days from home. What You Bring To succeed in this hybrid Mortgage Advisor role, you will need a proven background in mortgage advice, full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent), and strong understanding of whole-of-market products.
