About the Role:
You\’ll lead and develop multinational pre-construction teams, ensuring technical accuracy, commercial rigor, and consistent delivery on all bids. Your sharp commercial insight will protect margins and optimise profitability, while your leadership drives process improvements and team performance across regions.
What You\’ll Do:
- Lead and manage Pre-Construction teams across multiple locations (UK, USA, Europe).
- Own Gross Profit targets and commercial outcomes during the pre-construction phase.
- Oversee drawing take-offs, technical specifications, risk assessments, and supplier coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Estimating, and Operations to ensure project success.
- Drive standardisation of global SOPs and enhance pre-construction workflows.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including major global accounts.
- Ensure timely, accurate bid submissions and contract compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in senior pre-construction, commercial management, or estimating roles.
- Proven experience leading multi-regional teams and managing complex bids.
- Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge, with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with construction/estimating software (AutoCAD, MS Projects, ERP systems).
- Exceptional leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Experience in perimeter security, infrastructure, or related sectors is a plus.
