Packaging Quotation Administrator £26,000 – £30,000 DOE Newcastle-under-Lyme We are currently working with a well-established corrugated packaging manufacturer wo are looking to recruit a Quotation Administrator to join their busy and supportive commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused and organised individual with experience in quotation-based roles within a packaging environment. You will play a key role in preparing and managing customer quotations, liaising with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring a high level of service is always delivered. The Role Manage and process customer quotes accurately and efficiently using ABACA Coordinate sample and design requests between clients and internal teams Support the sales team in maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain and update customer records and pricing details Liaise with production and design teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment Handle general administrative tasks within the sales departmentThe Person Proven experience using ABACA software Strong understanding of quoting, sampling, and design processes Previous experience in the corrugated cardboard industry is essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Salary and Benefits: A generous base salary of up to £30,000 is on offer for this role.
