Project Co-ordinator – Customer Improvement and Business Change Macclesfield £33,000 per annum Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing Date: Wednesday 23rd July 2025 We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We are pleased to announce we now have an exciting vacancy for a Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of strategic and operational change programmes across the Organisation, with a focus on improving customer experience and business processes. Working as part of a newly formed team, you will work with service teams to map current processes and customer journeys, coordinate project activities, and monitor progress using tools such as MS Project. You will play a key role in enabling service improvements, increasing efficiency, and ensuring that customers and staff are at the heart of every change initiative. The successful candidate will have experience of working as a project co-ordinator or similar, with experience of supporting business change and transformation. In addition, you will have excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also be able to take a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving. The role comes with great benefits.
