Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our fantastic client to recruit for a Service Administrator , to join their team in Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business, with a great work culture and ample opportunities for progression, as they grow year on year.
The Service Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing a main point of contact for clients of the business, scheduling work orders, upholding communication between internal departments and assisting with day-to-day operations. Duties of this role include:
- Providing the main point of contact for clients, scheduling works across the UK and ROI for company drivers.
- Confirming quotations with clients and overseeing the end-to-end service.
- Managing the CRM, updating client accounts, digitally filing, reviewing documentation and ensuring they are accessible for relevant stakeholders.
- Managing client queries, providing updates on orders, making amendments, providing solutions where applicable.
- Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations.
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.
The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in an administrative position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role.
The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £24000- £27000, dependant on experience, with working hours 9-5 Mon-Thurs, 9-3 Fri, with flexibility around start times.
