Job Purpose
Reporting to the Principal Officer Estate Services in Housing Services Central Unit, the post holders will manage key project and business activities within Estates Services, utilizing project methodologies and supporting specific change initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Cyclical Contract Procurement projects for Response Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, and Tree Surgery Contracts.
- Participating in IT managed projects.
- Delivering the Damp and Mould Action Plan.
- Engaging in other business-specific change areas as required.
Requirements
- Hold a degree level qualification (Level 6) OR
- Demonstrate, with evidence and dates, at least 2 years of relevant experience aligned with the main duties of the role.
