Honeycomb Jobs is working with a large Public Sector organisation, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a short-term temporary post- 6 weeks, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-3pm.
The Role: To provide administrative support within their Sports Development Department.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- To provide general administrative and grants administrative support.
- Responding to grants queries.
- The use of excel spreadsheets for data entry & Record Keeping.
- Assisting with reports for monthly working groups.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- 5 GCSE's (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in grants administration.
- Experience of using computer software including Microsoft Office.
- Experience of working in a busy office and working under pressure.
