Overview

Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-respected Banking Institution to recruit a Senior Customer Advisor for their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Belfast City Centre, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career within a bank renowned for its supportive culture and long-standing employee retention.

The Role

As a Senior Customer Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing financial challenges. Your role will focus on delivering effective support by:

  • Engaging with customers to fully understand their financial position
  • Making informed decisions that best support individual needs
  • Building sustainable solutions that balance customer and bank requirements
  • Directing customers to relevant third-party services, such as debt advice or financial guidance, when additional support is required
  • Reviewing and maintaining support plans to reflect customers\\\’ current circumstances
  • Assisting customers with debt management solutions where appropriate

The Person

  • Previous experience in customer service or financial services
  • Skilled in handling sensitive or challenging conversations with vulnerable customers
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting customer relationships
  • A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach

Package / Benefits

  • Permanent, full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
  • Hybrid working is available following successful probation
  • Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum
