Senior Electrical MEP Manager – Contract Day Rate: £400 – £450pd outside IR35 Location: Bicester Duration: 9 months + Start Date: September Parking: Available on-site The Opportunity & Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical MEP Manager to deliver a fast-track £12M M&E CAT B fit-out. This is a high-profile, tight programme over 36–40 weeks, working as part of a collaborative team alongside Overbury’s Southern division. A Senior MEP Electrical Manager is essential to drive the electrical delivery to programme. You’ll report directly to the Senior Project Manager, coordinating subcontractors, managing quality and safety, and ensuring all works are completed to specification and on time. Key Responsibilities: Manage full M&E installation and commissioning phases Coordinate with the main contractor and other site trades Deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-track environment Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards Report progress to the Senior Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience managing CAT B M&E fit-out packages (£5M–£20M) Strong site-based leadership and coordination skills Previous experience with fast-track programmes Able to work on-site in Bicester 5 days per week Senior MEP Electrical Manager essential for the electrical package
