Are you a passionate Early Years professional eager to make a lasting impact in children’s lives? We are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join a well-established, nurturing nursery setting in CM16. SALARY: To be discussed What You’ll Be Doing * Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework * Support children’s individual learning and development needs * Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment * Support children’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical development, both individually and in group situation * To deliver overall requirements, which fulfils both OFSTED and user quality standards * To implement a broad, balanced and differentiated nursery curriculum which underpins all future learning and inclusive and meet the needs of each child * To support other practitioners in their roles * To comply and fully conversant with nursery policy and practice in the identification, reporting and monitoring of children etc. What We’re Looking For * Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Essential) * Sound knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, and best childcare practices * Positive, can-do attitude and excellent teamwork skills * Strong communication and dedication to child development Apply Now We’d love to hear from you if you\’re a qualified Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step in your early years career
