What You ll Be Doing

Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework

Support children s individual learning and development needs

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children s social, emotional, intellectual and physical development, both individually and in group situation
- To deliver overall requirements, which fulfils both OFSTED and user quality standards
- To implement a broad, balanced and differentiated nursery curriculum which underpins all future learning and inclusive and meet the needs of each child
- To support other practitioners in their roles
- To comply and fully conversant with nursery policy and practice in the identification, reporting and monitoring of children etc.
