Office Manager – Yeadon Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in Yeadon. This is a key role that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our office and supports a range of essential business functions. Key Responsibilities: Staff Onboarding: Coordinate all aspects of new starter inductions, ensuring a smooth and professional welcome to the team. Facilities & Equipment Management: Maintain office facilities and equipment, liaising with suppliers and service providers as needed. HR Administration Support: Assist with formal processes including disciplinaries and grievances. Finance Administration: Process invoices, petty cash, and staff expenses accurately and in a timely manner. Health & Safety: Ensure the office complies with health & safety regulations and policies are up to date.
