XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long-term employment they are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments. Due to the locality of this job role and the timing of shift pattern we would require candidates to drive and have access to their own vehicle. – This role will be temporary for 2-3 weeks however there may be a potential for temp-perm based on performance Working hours: Rotating Double day (40 per week) Week 1: 6-2 Week 2: 2-10 Responsibilities * Operation of different types of machinery * To understand their operating procedures * Moving stock around to different areas of the factory * Ensure walkways and access points are clear from any storage * Follow procedures for different product qualities * Ensure equipment is moved to inspection Preferred Skills/ Experience * Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment * Must have good hand eye coordination * Have good organizational skills
