A well established and award winning, medium sized practice, based in North London and with strong transportation links, is looking for a technically biased Architectural Technician or Technologist.  All their projects are housing and can range from small developments to high density, circa 200 unit residential schemes.  These can be both affordable and private housing. The ideal candidate will have multi-residential experience and will be particularly adept at working at RIBA Stages 4 – 5, although the work won’t be limited to these stages.  The practice uses Revit and proficiency is essential.  It would be advantageous if you have led projects but this isn’t essential too, but you will need to be able to communicate with clients, contractors and consultants effectively.  Projects may fall under the Passivhaus and low carbon categories and experience in this area would also be advantageous. You would be working with a close-knit and friendly team on interesting projects across all the work stages and you will have direct involvement with clients and contractors.  You will be granted as much exposure to the projects that you can handle, providing the opportunity to progress quickly within both the practice and your career.  For more information, please contact Stewart Howl at Tarrant Howl or apply online to register your interest
