Sales Executive – IT, Salary: £32-40k + OTE £25k uncapped + Excellent benefits and career development opportunities, Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days from the Basingstoke office or at customer sites to attend sales meetings. Due to continued rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a 2x Sales Executives to join a Leading national IT solutions provider. This role will be tasked with generating and developing new business opportunities, typically with mid-market companies (over 50 employees) within the private sector. You will be selling a portfolio of IT solutions including business continuity (cyber security, backup, disaster recovery), IT hardware, managed service, infrastructure, cloud, coms. You’ll be given a level of autonomy and freedom in terms of how you approach the role, with the full support of the team. We are keen to hear from motivated Sales Executives who can demonstrate success in generating new business and delivering on sales revenue targets. Experience of selling IT solutions (as mentioned above) into mid-market size businesses in the private sector is highly advantageous, though not essential. We are also keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate sales success within a comparable role from within other sectors. A good general understanding of or an interest in IT and technology is essential, as is the experience of using tools such as CRM’s, LinkedIn, Office365 etc. Sales Executive role responsibilities: Lead generation opportunity identification through proactive sales, including calls, LinkedIn, networking, email marketing, in person meetings and presentations. Proposing and presenting the solution both digitally and face to face. Quotation / proposal creation. Working with the customer and internal support and technical teams. Sales negotiation and closing. On-going account management (20% of the role). Building long-term partnerships with customers to ensure business growth.
