We are seeking a number of Warehouse LLOP Pickers to join the Impact / Howdens team based in Raunds. If you want to work for an extraordinary, rapidly growing, internationally recognised company, that TRULY rewards their staff for their hard work then read on… SHIFTS & PAY RATES AVAILABLE: Rotating Shift Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm then 2pm – 10pm rotating This is not a fixed shift role. Paying £13.14/hour rising to £16.19/hour after 12 weeks. **Also an opportunity to earn up to £3/hour additional personal performance bonus** Perks: Personal Performance Bonus All 40 hours paid – Including lunch break Regular Overtime available Free On-Site Gym Subsidised Restaurant Temp to Perm opportunities Free hot & cold drinks from the vending machines Weekly pay Free on-site Physiotherapist Full training given Potential to upskill to RTITB standards Christmas closureAs the ideal candidate you will be expected to: Have previous experience within a warehouse environment Continuously work in a safe manner to adhere to health and safety rules Follow all Standard Operating Procedures Carry out all necessary MHE checks Use manual handling to safely pick and stack products Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
