Speciality Leasing Manager – London | Hybrid | £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus Retail Commercialisation | Kiosks & Pop-Ups | Brand Partnerships We are seeking a commercially minded Speciality Leasing Manager to join a dynamic team overseeing a portfolio of five prime retail destinations in the UK. This is a key role focused on driving non-rental revenue through short-term leasing and brand activations. You will lead the identification, negotiation, and implementation of income-generating opportunities across kiosks, pop-ups, brand installations, and more. Working across vacant retail units and mall space, you\’ll manage deals typically up to 11 months in length, helping to reduce vacancy, increase footfall, and enhance customer experience. You\’ll work closely with leasing teams, agencies, and brand partners to curate compelling retail offers, including independents and globally recognised names. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and secure new brands and concepts to activate space across the portfolio Manage the commercialisation of mall areas and short-term units, ensuring income targets are met or exceeded Build strong relationships with agents and third-party operators Present commercial proposals, analyse figures, and manage credit and approval processes Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a fresh, relevant offer Contribute to the strategic development of the team and overall income growth initiatives This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who brings commercial retail experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to think creatively about how to monetise space and bring compelling brands to market.
