Permanent – Full Time We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join us at our Waltham Forrest contracts. Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner. Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area. About You Candidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment, working as a Liaison Officer, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Well organised, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate. We also ask that you hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to travel across North and South London.
