Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm Location: Elms Farm Salary: £12.30 per hour (salary review due April 2026) Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm Contract: Temp to Perm (6-month probation period) Join our fantastic client based in Elms Farm, who are looking to expand their busy warehouse team. Key Responsibilities The role is varied and hands-on, covering all aspects of warehouse operations, including: Picking and packing orders accurately Machine minding Despatch processing and preparation of goods Handling and moving stock within the warehouse Ensuring orders are prepared correctly for despatch using online platforms (full training provided)Physical Requirements The role involves regular lifting and moving of boxes, with parcels weighing up to 20kg. Candidates must be comfortable with consistent manual handling throughout the working day.
