Job Description
CRM Business Systems Analyst with experience of MS Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement – specifically CPQ) – Outside IR35
Come and play an important role in a fascinating company journey where technology will truly be changing the way that everyone works over the coming years. This is one of those rare opportunities to journey through the full lifecycle of a major CRM implementation.
Not only is this a fantastic programme of work to be part of, it’s a really exciting and dynamic organisation with a positive culture and a great growth story. Definitely a great business to have on your CV and definitely a programme that you'll be proud to have played a role in.
This organisation is right at the beginning of their journey and successful delivery of this programme could not be a more important for them.
So who are we looking for?
You’ll have significant experience of having worked as a Business Systems Analyst on CRM programmes, preferably at all stages of the life-cycle. We are particularly keen to talk to anyone who has worked end-to-end delivering Microsoft D365 in a sales environment.
This particular work centres around (Configure Price Quote).
You will be proactive, personable and an excellent communicator. We’re looking for a ‘can-do’ people person who is passionate about what they do and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll need knowledge and experience of best practice (including CRM, methods etc) and a good level of confidence (but not arrogance).
In return you’ll get to work with an animated, friendly and motivated group of people and have a great story to tell at the end of it.
NB The role requires being on-site in the Thames Valley for 3 days a week.
