Title: Project Architect Location: Altrincham Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 The Client Our client are a design led architectural practice based in Altrincham, they are passionate about the creation of innovative contemporary architectural solutions. They believe in bespoke, site-specific architectural responses which lead to a progressive architecture based on modernist principles. They are looking to add a Project Architect to their team. The role of Project Architect You\’ll take medium & large bespoke projects from the design stage through to completion. The schemes are based in the North West and each one is unique offering variety and challenging your technical knowledge and design capability. Work under the guidance of senior staff to manage and deliver architectural projects across all RIBA stages Prepare detailed drawing packages, technical specifications and construction documentation Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of projects Chair meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on key actions Undertake site inspections to ensure technical compliance and delivery quality Use AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and InDesign on a daily basis (SketchUp desirable) Deliver work within programme and budget parameters while maintaining high standards The Person Qualified Architect with post-Part III experience and proven design capabilities. Proven ability working across all RIBA work stages 0-6. Commitment to developing high-quality design information with excellent attention to detail. Ability to present and communicate design ideas and concepts. Ability to curate and present a strong design narrative. Strong Revit skills and competency in Adobe packages, including InDesign, Photoshop, etc. Experience in a range of sectors would be preferred but not essential.
