They are now looking to expand their small, expert team with an experienced Electronics Engineer who thrives in a hands-on, high-integrity environment. About the role We’re looking for an experienced Electronic Engineer to lead design and development across both hardware and embedded firmware projects. You\’ll work on end-to-end product delivery, from concept and schematic to testing and qualification, supporting both new developments and legacy systems. Key responsibilities include: * Designing and simulating schematics (OrCAD/KiCAD) * Reviewing PCB layouts (Allegro experience beneficial) * Developing embedded firmware using VHDL and C * Supporting verification and compliance processes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams * Creating and maintaining technical documentation What we’re looking for: * 5+ years\’ experience in electronic design * Strong schematic design and embedded coding skills * Knowledge of video or power circuit design is a plus * Organised, proactive and detail-oriented * Excellent communication and teamworking abilities Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
