About you As we continue to grow our outstanding product offer through delivery of qualifications and training, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Academy team, supporting the business in delivering outstanding customer service across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role within our Housing Academy team, supporting our customers to achieve the new Competence and Conduct Standard which provides a framework for professional growth and service excellence across the housing sector. Your expertise will be vital in enabling us to grow our delivery offer of qualifications and training to maintain our leadership position in housing education across the UK. We’re looking for someone who’s dependable and can get the job done well while achieving non-movable deadlines. You’ll be the first point of contact for our learners, trainees and customers, whether that be via the telephone or email. You’ll assist with a range of enquiries regarding our qualification and training delivery offer. You will then support our learners on their journey to complete their qualification and achieve their goals. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about offering great customer service, quick to respond and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the customer always comes first. You will be part of a team, but you will also need to be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
