Role Overview: At New Forest District Council, we’re seeking a motivated and skilled professional to help us make a lasting impact in our local communities. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of our planned maintenance, property improvement, and decarbonisation programmes, ensuring our 5,200 council homes remain safe, high-quality, and energy efficient. What We’re Looking For: You’ll bring expertise in managing significant capital and revenue budgets, procuring and overseeing contracts, shaping strategic work programmes, and driving service enhancements that deliver real value for residents. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. With a commitment to delivering value for money, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.
