Candidates must be British Born due to the nature of the business** Copello have partnered with a leading defence client who are recruiting for a RF Test Engineer to join them on a permanent basis at their site in Buckinghamshire. You will play a crucial role in developing new test solutions for new product introduction and existing products, ensuring a smooth transition from product development to full scale production. Your expertise will be leveraged to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency while delivering high quality products. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement automated RF test solutions using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, manufacturing, and production, to align objectives and streamline operations. * Design and develop RF test strategies for new and existing products with a focus on automated manufacture. * Support virtual builds and prototype development, ensuring early identification of potential testing/manufacturing challenges. * Plan and oversee various build requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to validate manufacturing processes and ensure product readiness. * Conduct rigorous testing of RF components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications. * Analyse test data and results to identify and troubleshoot issues. * Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy. * Document test procedures, results, and findings.
