Now, we’re looking for a passionate Associate Product Owner to help us shape the next generation of our products.
What You’ll Do
As our Associate Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of product development—translating big ideas into real solutions. Working closely with our Product Owner, engineering teams, and third-party suppliers, you’ll help bring our roadmap to life and deliver real value to our customers.
You’ll:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and more.
- Turn customer insights into actionable user stories and features.
- Support product discovery, research, and delivery.
- Champion agile practices and help drive continuous improvement.
- Become a subject matter expert in our funding solutions and third-party systems.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Understanding customer needs and solving real-world problems.
- Prioritising and refining the product backlog.
- Supporting go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
- Helping shape the future of vehicle funding technology.
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- A recent graduate (from a relevant degree) or someone from QA / Implementation / Helpdesk background looking to move into a product role
- Experience in Product or Project Management (ideally in financial services or vehicle funding).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A knack for translating complex ideas between technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in automotive, retail, or tech-led industries.
- Knowledge of Sopra Banking Systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to software development environments.
