As the EMEA HR Project Manager, you\’ll lead critical HR transformation initiatives across the region. You\’ll drive strategic projects in digital HR systems implementation, organisational design, and global HR harmonisation-ensuring they align the company\’s global HR priorities. Key Responsibilities * Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale HR projects (e.g., HRIS roll-outs, org restructuring, policy harmonisation). * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional HR teams and global centres to ensure transparent communication and alignment. * Change Management: Design and roll out change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption tracking. * Governance & Reporting: Define KPIs; monitor project progress; prepare regular updates for senior leadership. * Continuous Improvement: Analyse outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate on process improvements. * Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure projects comply with local labour laws and global HR policies; conduct risk assessments proactively.
