Title: Design Consultant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus + £500 Setup for Home office
Our client is an award-winning multi-website online retailer offering bathroom, kitchen and heating products to retail and trade customers. Having been trading for over 10 years, and in that time, they\’ve accelerated from zero to £50m/year revenue, as well as winning local and national awards, and grown to 140-plus people.
They continue to go from strength to strength, and they\’re looking for a Design Consultant to join the Design department. As a design consultant, you will conduct customer design consultations and create the highest-quality bathroom designs using virtual worlds. This is a temporary position with high potential for a Permanent Placement (minimum 1yr).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an understanding of customer’s requirements and exceeding these throughout the process with both the designs created as well as the products
• To keep in touch with customers throughout the sales and design process
• Review and understand missed opportunities if a customer doesn’t proceed with their purchase, and report back on how these could have been converted
• To lead the advance of the design team as Retail Customers look to continue to adjust to the ability to purchase high ticket times in confidence through company websites
• Using all available internal or external software to give customers the best overall experience
Key Skills:
• 4 years of KBB experience
• 2 years of experience using Virtual Words is essential
• Self Motivated and Driven
• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and an assertively confident telephone manner
• A mature approach to learning, with the ability to retain in-depth knowledge of complex products and processes
• Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills
• Good IT skills
• A positive attitude
