Job Summary:
The Associate Director plays a key leadership role in driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of the consultancy. This position is responsible for providing senior-level expertise, client engagement, team leadership, and project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality ecological consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company\’s strategic plan, vision, and goals.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
Business Development:
- Lead business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new clients, opportunities, and partnerships.
