The What…
As a Team Leader, you\’ll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, setting up your department for success, and coaching your team. Your professional, energetic, and enthusiastic approach will help deliver an enjoyable, value-for-money experience for our customers.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns
Our centres are typically open from 9am to midnight, seven days a week. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we require availability from applicants. Typical shifts include:
- Weekday AM: 09:00 – 17:00
- Weekday PM: 17:00 – 00:00
- Weekend AM: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekend PM: 16:00 – 01:00
Shift times may vary by centre, and will be confirmed at interview. You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression, including apprenticeships and management training.
