Project and Account Manager – Signage and Large Format Graphics
Location: Glasgow Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 Full Time

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established creative studio based in Glasgow, looking to appoint an experienced Project and Account Manager to lead high-value signage and large format graphic projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, design-focused environment delivering branded environments for major clients across the UK.

About the Company

This design and production studio specialises in interior branding, signage systems and large format visual solutions. Known for its attention to detail and quality execution, the team works across design, fabrication and installation for clients in sectors including transport, commercial and public spaces. With growing demand, they are now looking to bring on board an experienced manager to support end-to-end project delivery.

The Role

You will lead projects from briefing through to installation, managing internal teams, suppliers and client relationships throughout. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and keep multiple workstreams on track will be key.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Managing budgets, timelines and delivery schedules across multiple projects

  • Liaising with internal designers, production specialists and external contractors

  • Coordinating print and signage production and installation logistics

  • Resolving challenges quickly while keeping quality and client expectations on track

  • Supporting snagging, aftercare and ongoing account development where appropriate

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in project or account management within signage, large format graphics or a similar production-based environment

  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • A solid understanding of signage and graphics production methods and materials

  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills

  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay hands-on when needed
