4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern (daytime hours)

You\\\’ll be part of a forward-thinking culinary team based at a large, modern distribution centre in Doncaster, where staff dining is a crucial part of the overall employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy, well-equipped kitchen
  • Leading the team during service and maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation
  • Helping design, prepare, and serve fresh and seasonal dishes for a large, diverse workforce
  • Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met to the highest level
  • Monitoring stock, minimising wastage, and ensuring portion control and cost-efficiency
  • Taking ownership of specific kitchen sections and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to menu planning, food innovation, and elevating the overall food offer
