Avalon is currently supporting a client within the West Midlands with the recruitment of a Housing Quality & Service Improvement Manager. The Opportunity: My client is seeking a Housing Quality & Service Improvement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term period. This role will have a sole purpose on service delivery and improvement for both tenants and leaseholders. Having a clear insight and knowledge of Social Housing and the regulator is significant to proceeding with this role. The successful candidate will: * Support the organisation\’s commitment to keeping tenants and leaseholders at the centre of service improvement. * Contribute to the delivery of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 * Help manage and improve a housing stock for tenants and leaseholders * Assist in delivering a transformational housing programme * Deliver key improvements in asset compliance * Lead preparations for regulatory inspections, including: Procuring external support * Support the leadership team with performance framework updates Further information: * 12-month contract * 37 hours per working week * Hybrid working * £32,900 – £41,511 per annum Requirements: * Knowledgeable about the housing landscape and the Regulator’s role * DBS in place on the update service * Full UK driver\’s licence with access to a vehicle Avalon, trading name of Spirehouse Recruitment Limited.
