Site Manager – Prime Residential Location: Basingstoke Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + package I’m currently representing a highly regarded, privately owned house builder specialising in prime residential projects across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Known for delivering bespoke, high-quality homes, they have an excellent pipeline of work and a strong reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. The Role: * Oversee all aspects of site operations from groundworks through to final handover. * Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure exceptional quality and finish. * Maintain tight control of programme, quality, health & safety, and costs. * Liaise effectively with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. * Handle snagging and ensure homes are handed over to an outstanding standard. About You: * Strong track record as a Site Manager delivering prime residential or high-end housing projects. * Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding quality. * Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. * Able to drive programmes forward while maintaining the highest standards. * SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black card preferred).
