Our client based near Newmarket are seeking an experience NPI Engineer to join their team. We are seeking candidates who have experience in introducing new product to manufacturing and a background in mechanical or medical engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies — no two days are the same! Who are we? Job Duties: * Produce clear project and product documentation in line with ISO 13485 and other medical device regulations. * Develop product test methods, analyse data and evaluate results to ensure design performance and reliability. * Work closely with customers to gather and understand manufacturing requirements and implement them into projects. * Deliver projects on time and within budget, managing resources effectively. * Support validation of new manufacturing lines and processes. * Prepare regular project updates and reports. * Attend and organise internal and customer meetings as needed. * Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to meet project needs. * Adhere to all quality systems and regulatory standards for medical devices. * Occasional UK travel may be required. What we are looking for: * Practical experience in manufacturing, developing, or testing medical devices. * A background in mechanical or medical engineering, with relevant qualifications or hands-on experience. * Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and confident writing technical documentation.
