We are the originators of influencer marketing.

Influencer is an agency built at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology with a unique ‘people power & platform power’ approach.

From big brand launches to shifting perceptions and from riding fast trends to driving footfall, Influencer builds ideas with impact to deliver outcomes that drive your business forward via an unmatched client experience.

Campaigns are underpinned by Influencer’s game-changing proprietary technologies, which are supercharged by official partnerships and data integrations with the world’s leading social platforms for real-time and accurate reporting. Influencer is an Official Global Marketing Partner of both TikTok and Meta.

We believe the more tangible, scaled outcomes that creators produce drive impact beyond just likes and impressions. Influencer is championing the ‘True Human Influence’ movement; on a mission for creator campaigns to be judged in the same way as other media activations.

Founded by OG YouTube creator Caspar Lee & entrepreneur Ben Jeffries, Influencer has been helping brands navigate the ever-evolving influencer marketing landscape since 2015. In that time they have developed valuable knowledge, experience, and technology that have enabled them to deliver thousands of campaigns, for hundreds of brands in markets across the world. Today, Influencer has a team of 120+ of the best talent in the industry, working across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. From Google to Coca-Cola, from Amazon to Microsoft, and from TikTok to Meta – they work with companies, brands, and agencies across every vertical, building meaningful relationships between brands, creators, and their audiences.

Overview of the job

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who’s fluent in social, obsessed with creators, and energised by cultural trends. You’ll help shape campaigns that feel native to platforms, authentic to audiences, and exciting to the creators who bring them to life.

You’ll work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond—turning insights into fresh, platform-first creative concepts. You’ll be hands-on in writing, building, and shaping pitch decks and live campaign proposals. And while you’ll have guidance from senior creative strategists, you’ll own your own work, growing your voice and impact as a creative thinker.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to level up in a collaborative, creator-first environment – refining their skills while working with world-class brands and top-tier creators.

3 best things about the job

You’ll get to develop creator centric ideas for world-class brands that live and breathe in creator culture and social platforms.

You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional creative team that includes creative strategy, production, media, and insight – working end-to-end from brief to live content.

You’ll have the chance to level up your thinking and build your creative and strategic voice through varied projects and proactive opportunities alongside the top tier creators.

Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have:

Contributed to high-impact creator pitches and campaign ideas that launched on social.

Developed clear, platform-native creative concepts based on insights and audience behavior.

Worked across multiple client briefs, managing your timelines and deliverables independently.

Gained confidence in presenting your ideas and writing creative treatments that inspire teams and clients.

Interpret client briefs and audience insight to develop original creative concepts and content formats.

Write and build clear, engaging creative decks and proposals for both pitches and live campaigns.

Turn ATL platforms or brand narratives into authentic, creator-first executions that live natively on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Help ensure content quality and consistency throughout campaign development.

Work closely with strategy, insight, and commercial teams to ensure alignment across concept, budget, and delivery.

Book and manage your own check-ins, proactively ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Partner with production teams to understand feasibility and adapt creative accordingly.

Participate in (and sometimes lead) brainstorms, idea jams, and cross-team workshops.

Continuously build your knowledge of creators, trends, and cultural moments that shape platform behavior.

Ask smart questions and challenge assumptions—bringing solutions and clarity, not just ideas.

Review your own and teammates\’ work with a critical but constructive lens, helping elevate the quality of output.

Refine your skills in writing, storytelling, ideation, and translating insight into action.

What you will need:

2–4 years’ experience in a creative, strategy, or content role – ideally at a social, influencer, or digital agency.

A strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the role creators play in building meaningful brand experiences.

Excellent communication skills, with experience crafting and presenting ideas clearly.

Creative instincts grounded in audience insight, cultural awareness, and platform-specific behaviors.

Strong project management and time-keeping ability – able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

A self-starter mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you’re not afraid to step in and own your work.

Familiarity with creative campaign tools (Google Slides, campaign calculators, etc.) and the willingness to keep learning.
