JOB VACANCY – COMMERCIAL PIPE FITTER/PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Pipe Fitter/Plumber to support a variety of commercial projects across multiple sectors including industrial units, construction sites, schools, nursing homes, and public sector buildings (DBS Check will be carried out on employment) Basic Requirements: * Relevant qualifications (NVQ or equivalent certifications) * Valid full UK driving licence * CSCS Card * PASMA / IPAF certification * Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week * Salary: Dependent on experience and role offered Key Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate job sheets and records of work carried out/materials used * Meet deadlines and work to timescales; communicate effectively with managers and clients regarding changes or scheduling * Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and responsibility * Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and safe working practices * Ensure punctuality and reliability in all duties Employee Benefits: * Company Pension Scheme * Holiday Allowance: 20 days + Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service (capped at 25 days) * Overtime Pay: * 1.5x standard rate for out-of-hours work up to 2pm Saturday * 2x standard rate after 2pm Saturday and all-day Sunday * Death in Service benefit * Provision of job-specific tools * Uniform including safety equipment and boots provided * Ongoing training opportunities as needed
