The FSP / BPR Project Support role is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the Field Services Platform (FSP) and Business Process Review (BPR). Working closely with Programme and Initiative Leads, the role ensures delivery activities are tracked and governed effectively, enabling progress against time, cost, and quality objectives.

Your Role and Impact

As a key member of our programme delivery team, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager and Initiative Lead to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Help develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to keep all workstreams aligned and on track.
  • Monitor progress across projects, identifying and helping to resolve any issues that may affect delivery.
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them promptly for resolution.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and status updates to aid effective governance and informed decision-making.
  • Organise and help facilitate project meetings and workshops to maintain momentum and engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex project data.
  • Familiarity with project and programme management frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
