Job Description

Avalon is currently supporting an organisation in Warwickshire in recruiting an interim Head of Housing.\\n\\nThe Opportunity:\\n\\nThe successful candidate will have overall responsibility for a key service area, ensuring a strategic approach is taken to the delivery of customer focused services.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will:\\n\\n * Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the organisation.\\n\\n * Responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Strategy and vision.\\n\\n * Ensure that the management of the Service Area is economic, effective and efficient, including the preparation, implementation and monitoring of a Service Area Plan.\\n\\n * Explore opportunities to improve service delivery through joint working.\\n\\n * To develop partnerships and strong collaborative working relationships with other public authorities.\\n\\nFurther information:\\n\\n * 6-month contract\\n\\n * £50 – £55 per hour (Inside IR35)\\n\\n * Hybrid working\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Must have experience operating at this level\\n\\nAvalon, trading name of Spirehouse Recruitment Limited.
