Temporary Grounds Maintenance Operatives Needed – Immediate Start! Location: Swindon Hours: • Monday to Thursday – 7:00am to 3:30pm • Friday – 7:00am to 12:00pm Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour Positions Available: 3 We are currently seeking Temporary Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support our Services Team during a period of staff absence. It is essential that our grounds and public spaces are maintained to the highest possible standard. These positions are ideal for individuals who take pride in outdoor work and have a proactive approach to maintaining green spaces. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general grounds maintenance, including mowing, strimming, weeding, and planting. Ensure public areas, parks, and green spaces are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented. Operate basic grounds maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly. Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly maintenance targets. Requirements: Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role is desirable but not essential. Ability to carry out physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions. A reliable and punctual work ethic. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Must be over 25 years old due to insurance Must have UK Driving licence and o/transport
