The role…

The Inventory & Receiving Specialist II will support the Supply Chain Operations team by entering and receiving materials, stocking inventory, and transporting goods between facilities. Success depends on following SOPs, attention to detail, record accuracy, dependability, critical thinking, and independent work ability.

Responsibilities include…

  • Entering received goods into ERP system
  • Delivering goods to end users
  • Storing goods in appropriate areas
  • Verifying documentation against received goods
  • Communicating with procurement about damaged goods
  • Managing inventory in warehouse management software
  • Using SalesForce for inventory requests

Qualifications…

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Problem-solving skills for physical and non-physical receiving issues
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
  • Availability for shifts 8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM (37.5 hrs/week)
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred experience…

  • Warehouse experience
  • At least 2 years in inventory management
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SFDC, etc.)

Physical requirements…

  • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting; using arms/hands; talking and hearing
  • May lift up to 50 lbs
  • May push/pull pallets with a pallet jack
  • Must pass a motorized pallet jack exam
