The Odin Recruitment Group is looking for a driven and ambitious Designate (x3 site) Manager for an exciting opportunity in North London.
The role of a Designate Manager is to support, typically, 3 stores of our client\’s organisation. You will discuss each store\’s priorities with the full-time Depot Manager—for example, staff development, improving sales, and face-to-face customer service. Ideally, you will have your own car due to the expected traveling between the 3 depots in North London.
The role offers variety, working sometimes at very short notice, where you will need to seamlessly integrate into another depot of the business. Therefore, you should:
- Have the ability and flair to work on a warm desk (covering for a colleague)
- Pick up existing customer leads and drive sales forward
- Have excellent customer-facing skills
- Be comfortable pricing customer enquiries, knowing you have the support of an international organisation behind you
- Balance your sales between quality business and profitability
- Retain professional business relationships remotely
The role is based on any 5 out of 7 days on a rota, with weekend cover agreed well in advance.
