The Commercial/Business Director will lead the High Pressure Compressors business across EMEA, managing legacy brands such as Bellis & Morcom, Reavell, and MAKO. This role involves full P&L responsibility and strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing business growth within the compressors and/or pumps industry, with willingness to travel across EMEIA to engage with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Engineered Systems and Services Business Leader, the role is part of the division’s leadership team.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the High Pressure segment, focusing on organic and inorganic growth.
– Expand product offerings, engineering capabilities, sales channels, and supplier networks.
– Lead the creation and execution of annual business plans with revenue and profit targets.
– Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and customer insights.
– Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team.
– Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability.
– Establish strategic partnerships internally and externally.
– Drive operational efficiency through lean manufacturing and management system processes.
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
– At least 10 years of sales and marketing leadership in industrial manufacturing.
– Proficiency in English.
Travel & Work Arrangements
Hybrid work with 50-75% travel required.
