Duties and responsibilities related to the In-Room Dining Team Leader role
- Manage the daily operations of the in-room dining service, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hotel standards
- Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of room service orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are met
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette.
- Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
About You
Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
