ROLE : Trade Branch Manager
HOURS : 44 per Week – Permanent Role
SALARY : Up to £40k basic salary, bonus earning potential of up to £10k annually, and a New Branch Opening Bonus

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team, and lead our new branch towards success. What Our Branch Managers Do :
- Lead their Branch, and use their team management skills to lead and develop their branch team
- Build key stakeholder relationships to deliver branch objectives
- Seek innovative ways to add value to the branch and the wider business
- Have autonomy to make commercial decisions to ensure sales and growth targets are achieved
- Promote a strong customer satisfaction focus
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Lead and manage team communications and meetings
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure their Branch operates as effectively as possible
- Develop relationships with their customers, and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
- Manage day to day Branch operations and the branch team in order to deliver excellence
- Manage team absences and deployment
- Support the regional teams with recruitment
- Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards and ensure Branch sales targets are achieved
- Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff
- Promote a \’Safety First\’ culture, and lead by example
- Create an environment aligned with Eurocell\’s sustainability goals
What We Need From Our Branch Managers :
- Our Branch Managers are hands‑on, lead by example, and are focused on driving their team to reach sales and branch targets
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- A customer focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
- A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
- Comfortable with the autonomy to make the right commercial decisions when managing issues or complaints
- Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
- A full and valid driving licence is essential
- Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
- Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
