Spanish and Italian Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Salary:
£32,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Place and manage customer product orders
- Respond to client queries and find effective resolutions
- Communicate and coordinate with agents, distributors, and B2B clients
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Work with couriers and freight companies to ensure delivery efficiency
- Oversee export operations in assigned territories
- Support the Export Sales Team with admin and logistics
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish with strong Italian and English language skills
- Previous experience in customer service , sales support , or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritise , manage pressure, and meet deadlines
