Opportunity: Cyber Security Associate Manager in London

This is an evergreen requisition. We do not currently have an open position, but we will contact suitable applicants when a role becomes available.

Key responsibilities include maintaining strategic relationships within the DRBU in Cyber Security, addressing market needs such as risk assessments and incident management, and collaborating with Cyber Security teams to deliver relevant services. The role also involves maintaining expertise in a designated domain like finance, supply chain, or marketing.

The impact of this role involves shaping the security posture of multiple markets and influencing leadership to prioritize cybersecurity in projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary security contact for the DRBU, aligning cyber security priorities and representing Cyber Security at various levels.
  • Deliver critical cyber security metrics and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Translate business requirements into security solutions and organize their delivery.
  • Manage key projects related to cyber enablement, risk assessments, and initiatives within your expertise domain.
  • Drive security projects and manage cyber risks with partners.
  • Deploy OT security projects if applicable.
  • Own tools and processes related to risk assessment and assurance.
  • Contribute to GRC cyber standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in information security with increasing responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business partners.
  • Experience assessing cyber risks in projects, vendors, and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of security management, technologies, and audits.
  • Knowledge of networking, application development, incident response, and OT security.
  • Deep security knowledge in at least one business area such as finance or supply chain.
  • Understanding of cloud security, particularly Azure and AWS.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
