Job Description
The role holder will play a central role in helping the Directorate deliver on key priorities. You will work across multiple teams within the directorate alongside the Central Operations administrators, providing co-ordination, problem-solving support, and data driven insights. The role holder will also provide adhoc analytical support to the CS Business Manager and assist with administrative support during busy periods.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments. You will work closely with senior managers and administrators, making this a fantastic opportunity to build a broad skillset and gain visibility.
Role Responsibilities
Co-ordinating activities across teams, helping monitor key initiatives and strategic priorities
• Preparing reports, updates and presentations that help inform leadership decisions
• Provide flexible, on demand support to all administrators within Central Operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency across administrative functions. This includes complex diary management, scheduling and co-ordinating of meetings when required and providing cover during periods of leave
• Collaborate with the Central Services Business Manager to gather, analyse and interpret data
• Prepare concise, actionable reports and presentations that highlight key insights and trends
• Supporting the CO Comms Manager with internal communications initiatives
